Tenants
Pre-Move out Inspections: we will walk with you your rented property to help you prepare for your landlord’s move out inspection. We will help you identify potential repairs which your landlord may later attempt to charge you for by deducting funds from your security deposits per your signed lease. If possible, we will communicate with your landlord to ensure that you will avoid any unpleasant surprises at the conclusion of your lease and part with your landlords on the best possible terms.
Move in Inspections: we will walk with you your newly rented property to identify any issues that you should report to your landlord or document to avoid being charged for at conclusion of your lease.
Leaky Faucets: Repair or replace dripping faucets to conserve water and improve functionality.
Running Toilets: Diagnose and fix toilets that continuously run, preventing wasting water and elevated bills.
Drywall Repair: Patch holes, cracks, or dents in drywall for a smooth and clean appearance.
Light Fixture Installation: Install or replace light fixtures to enhance lighting and aesthetics in the space.

Homeowners
Preventive Maintenance: we conduct property walkthroughs to identify any potential issues. Those walkthroughs can be done on “per request” basis or on a regular schedule, i.e. annual, semi-annual, etc. We prepare a report and the homeowner decides to hire us to do the repairs or hire someone else. We will not going to apply any sales techniques to convince the homeowner to hire us, since our objective is to prepare the report not to up sale.
Smart Home Installations/Repairs: Setting up and replacing smart devices, including thermostats, leak detectors, motion-controlled lighting, etc.
Seasonal Maintenance: task such as snow removal, gutter cleaning and power washing.
